I had a wonderful experience. I am 20 yrs post surgery and having some health issues. I saw Kate, and she was phenomenal. She was very thorough and empathetic - Kate had a clear understanding of the symptoms I was experiencing, developed a clear plan for me,and was confident that she will have a positive outcome for me. I left the office with a sigh of relief, knowing I was on good hands. It is evident that the practice has developed a clear course for the journey customized for every patient. My weight loss surgery journey started about two years ago, and I originally planned to have my surgery done by Dr. Charles Procter. From my very first appointment, he was one of the sweetest and most compassionate doctors I had ever met. He truly listened, made me feel heard, and treated me like a real person not just another patient on the list. Every visit left me feeling encouraged and understood. When I was close to finishing all of my pre-surgery requirements, I found out that Dr. Procter was no longer performing surgeries. I was devastated. But thanks to my amazing surgery navigator, I was introduced to the new surgeons and eventually chose Dr. D, based on a close friend’s experience with him and I’m so glad I did. Dr. D has the kindest heart and the warmest smile. He’s honest, caring, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. He doesn’t just do surgery he changes lives. My incisions are almost flawless, and every time I’ve called with a concern, he’s been nothing but patient, kind, and reassuring. He has made this entire process feel safe and supported. Choosing Beltline was the best decision I have ever made for myself. This place and these people have truly saved my life. The staff is incredible, always welcoming, and they treat you like family from the moment you walk through the door. I’ve never felt this cared for or this hopeful anywhere else.
